Ha, I used to call that hotline from my school cafeteria once a week, during our boy scout meetings when the building was mostly empty. That worked for quite a long time, until someone changed the phone systems on me.

Could not agree more. I had an 80gb Zune and it was superior in every way to an iPod I tried.
