Another tip to make emails actionable is maybe to stop sending emails (which are not really meant to delegate tasks) and start using a task management app? So your team will identify in no time what needs to be done, when etc.

That's an interesting tip. But what will you do after 10 days off without reading your emails? Will it still be possible to use the Yesterbox technique?

I usually create sub-todo list when a project is killing me. By achieving small todos I feel work is moving forward!
