Happens in all manufacturing, not just auto. Tear down not only provides information on how product is built but also allows for cost analysis of the finished product (which is potentially more valuable data).

Even if you hate crossovers, this should be a segment Mitsubishi dominates. Way back they made great SUVs and great cars as well as one of the two best budget rally cars.

Not really true anymore, in Hammond’s, Clarkson’s and May’s day (and earlier) it may have been true but the UK has since extended state provided healthcare to include dental. I believe that access to dental care in the UK is superior to most countries these days.

I wish we got Skoda’s here in the USA. I so would have bought a last generation Yeti over any VW offering. Drove one on holiday in Ireland and loved it.

I’ve been seeing more and more Journey’s around and kind of like the looks. Also it appears narrower than a lot of SUVs/crossovers which appeals to me. However I am worry of ever again buying another FCA product.

I’ve always loved the looks of these.
