You blamed them because your simple brain can’t figure anything else out.  The gun violence in Chicago is because of 60 years of Democrat rule and black people shooting each other

So it’s white people’s fault that blacks don’t donate to their schools? And white people’s fault this black college is obviously poorly run because it hires via affirmative action rather than who is qualified for the job?
