Was Rapp known as queer (his designation, per Wikipedia) at 14? I could also see straight men not wanting to admit Spacey “made sexual advances” on them.

I tried googling it (I’m at work, so admittedly not too in depth), but what did James Woods do?

I am a fan of the Saw films, but I don’t think I ever saw a trailer for Jigsaw, and only every now and then even remembered it was a thing that was happening. Plus, my one friend who likes horror films didn’t want to see it, so there you go.

They don’t have to bring it back. IT NEVER LEFT!

I’ll have to try Earhook next time I get new earbuds. I’ve been using Yurbuds for the last few years, which have a silicone sleeve over the earbud that goes deeper in the ear canal, but they’ve start slipping off after a year or so and I have to buy new ones.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I would only see a double feature if it’s two movies I want to see. Back in the day, when people didn’t have Rotten Tomatoes or the internet, it would make sense to see two movies and if one sucked, oh well.

Assigned seating only really matters when there’s a sellout. If the theater is still half full (or less), you could easily sneak in and just pretend you were in the wrong seat, or if you can see the available seats online, you can check on your phone and sit where no one has yet bought a ticket.

So you’d pay say $5 for Get Out or something that had a small budget, but then $20 for Star Wars or something that had a massive budget? I like this idea, but with the amount of big budget busts the last few years, I can’t imagine studios or theaters would go for it.

I’m all for bashing Fox News, but Gutfeld is clearly joking. Sure, he might not enjoy Radiohead, but his show is supposed to be comedic, as were Timpf’s comments. This isn’t “Fox News branding” Radiohead anything. It’s just dumb jokes.

Speaking of ads (kind of), am I the only one who gets the same 5-6 “Recent Videos” from the AV Club that are all from mid-August? Is that because I instantly pause them, or did I miss the AV Club pivot away from video when they pivoted to Kinja?

If all your brothers are actually you, are you technically even a brother?

Spoiler: Thor’s secret identity is a secretary for the female Ghostbusters.

I guess all the gamer bros will stockpile these and resell them on eBay for 4-5 times the price. Maybe Bandai will at least keep producing them to meet demand.

I thought it was a lowercase d for a long time, but wondered why there was a line through it. Then I realized it’s a capital D.

As a van owner, I was less than surprised that no one wanted to go into the mobile clinic unit, especially since the two guys out front weren’t any of the three guys on the side of it.

Came here to make a similar joke. Yours was cleverer.

I’m guessing you don’t write your own headlines, but could someone get the headline writer to stop putting spoilers in them? I haven’t watched this week’s episode yet, and got spoiled just scrolling the home page. This is the second time, as last week’s Mindy Project review spoiled Danny’s return as well.

I blame modern “journalism”. Sites need content, so either they find people with an unpopular/wrong opinion about something and write about it, or they let someone involved find it and then write about whatever that person tweets/says in an interview. Sometimes I think writers think of a topic, write something about

I enjoyed the puppet episode, despite it basically being what a happy Dan Harmon would make after his lobotomy.

I, too, make everything I’m in worse.
