Diaper banks will accept loose diapers. Volunteers bundle diapers by size, regardless of type (Pampers, Huggies, Honest, etc). As long as they’re unused, diaper banks will accept any kind of diapers.

Check out the National Diaper Bank Network. I’m in the DC area, and we have the DC Diaper Bank. It’s an amazing organization that does so much for families in need. Diapers are often a gateway service. It’s amazing and incredible.
Most/many laundromats and shared laundry facilities (like in apartment buildings) don’t allow cloth diapers for health code reasons.
