What some people were doing, apparently, was going to the theater and buying a ticket for a future date...and that counted as that day’s use. So they could go back the next day and buy ANOTHER ticket to the future date without penalty. So then two people go to the movie on the future date and have two tickets.

Their business model sounds like one from an Internet-based company from the late 90s. “BUT IT’S ONLINE!”

Volunteers was a god awful not funny movie, except for two scenes that practically overlapped that were some of the funniest comedy ever. Tom Hanks with the local blackmarketeer and John Candy brainwashed by the Red army. You can find them on YouTube and ignore the rest of the movie.

I prefer subtitles over dubbing. This has been opinion. Thank you.

Oh believe me, I’m appropriately scared of her.

If you’ve spent 5 minutes reading about his life you’ll understand he’s a disturbed man with a decent talent for music.  His mom dying basically sent him over the edge.

That was one thing the movie did perfectly: It knew when to end it. I thought to myself “end it NOW”, and it did, and that is rare. It could work if they did a story in the expanded “Quiet Place” universe with a new cast in a different place doing things differently, but when we know how the creatures can be beaten it
