Yeah, I think I had a Garmin doing that when smartphones finally had maps but I didn’t. Map updates were like $99 and seemed ridiculous for almost 50% of the units cost. I assumed it’s day-of-week combined with historical data but only made like 10 trips before I finally upgraded to a smartphone.
