Gosh what WAS it Jesus said about hypocrisy again? You know what, I do believe it was, “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone”? Unless you truly believe you are sinless, Jesus was pretty clear about where he stood on that whole “judging others” nonsense.

I grew up without religion persay, but my mom was always very spiritual (she was raised in the SBC, but left to become a Scientologist and then realized that was a cult & got out fast). I’ve always been fascinated with spiritual & religious symbols & rituals and taken them very seriously, but with the understanding

I feel like so much of it is whether or not you believe it, though. Like a self fulfilling prophecy - if you know you’ve been cursed or blessed and you believe in it, you’re more on the lookout for things that you consider a curse or a blessing, or perhaps even modify your behavior in subtle ways to make a curse- or

I’m sure this has been mentioned already buuuut.... Didn't they do Jurassic Park with animatronics & people in dinosaur costumes for the most part? I thought it had extremely limited CGI, which was why it looked so realistic.

Also, huge part of the lackluster box office earnings is that Chinese government refused to let it show in the country due to supernatural elements. Box office earnings from China are usually huge for US major motion pictures.

Same! I’m still driving my mom’s old Camry station wagon. It's 21 years old now & still drives just fine, so I see no reason to replace a perfectly good car.

Honesty I’m more disturbed by those grammatical errors in the proposal. Have they decided to toss out proof reading along with facts?

I thought I’d heard that inhaling talc was linked to lung cancer (like asbestos and silica) but now I’m thinking I should double check on that.

Renpure originals are my faaaaaaave shampoos & made with really gentle surfactants. I go back and forth between the coconut & Argan oil varieties. They recently came out with a line of more strongly scented clarifying shampoos as well that I use occasionally if I've got product build up.

I second the thing about sulfate-free! I have extremely dry hair & skin that’s pretty sensitive, and I noticed in my early teens that Herbal Essences made my hair fall out. Eventually after switching brands a few times I figured out it was the sulfates. I haven't used shampoo with sulfates or other strong surfactants

I stared at this picture for SO LONG trying to make it look like the female reproductive system, which I assumed was what it was supposed to represent, before I realized it’s an illustration of a zit.
