I just watched this most recent one of Divorce. And it seems ..really pointless. Gentrifiers of picturesque parts of slightly upstate NY, they have complicated relationships. They bring their neuroses from the city to somewhat above Westchester, on the Hudson. This show..I don’t even remember if SJP’s character is…

Divorce dramas are like geeky teenager series. They have a limited half-life. They can sustain a story for a few seasons but the characters are obliged to eventually grow up and move on, otherwise they get creepy and pathetic. 

Pretty sure he was watching a lot of porn and thinking “this is what sex is supposed to look like.” I have to imagine there’s a lot of people wandering around out there with some pretty strange ideas nowadays.

Laughs are old fashioned. Standup is all about socio political lectures now
