Depends on your definition of “mass produced.” If it comes with a specialty signifier (M for BMW, AMG for MB, etc.) I wouldn’t include it. So, despite being versions of the same engine, I would say the 2.0T at 252 in the Accord is Honda’s top, because the 300+ in the Civic is in an R badged car.

A mild hybrid system via an alternator/motor combo can work with any ICE drivetrain. The Saturn Vue and a few others used this type. Dirt cheap compared to a Prius type system.

Is it a Ford? Our rental Fusion regularly freaked out over that.
