I don't really like to do this… I guess you could call it "karmic math"? Where if someone is a horrible person and then has something horrible done to them, it "evens out" somehow? Something about that way of thinking feels flawed to me.

Well, you didn't buy it. I think that counts for something.

So they were trying to just… wait out the accusations? When was the statute going to run out?

Oh my god, they're still not done with this guy yet? For some reason I'd just assumed by now that the trial had at least started.

Dangit, the theme is stuck in my head now.

Scratchy? Irritating? Rash-inducing?

Hello, filler, my old frieeeennnnnnd…

Weird, I started to think of Neil Gaiman, too. I don't really know why; I've only read like two of his books anyway.

The only one I didn't think their performance worked was the VA for Winnie. I dunno, there just didn't seem to be a lot of genuine emotion in her voice. Oh well, Kristen Schaal can't be in EVERYTHING, I guess.

Since a few days ago! Disqus, in what may be a first, sent me a news post I actually cared about.

I want a Garnet jokebook. Wait, actually, that would be really hard to write if she can't iniate any of them with a question. Peridot jokebook, then.

He would've loved to be a guest voice on this show. If only…

Garnet seems like a good candidate for that! Pearl can take notes and Amethyst can turn herself into a big couch to lie on.

His guilt didn't come out of nowhere; he just had been forcing himself to ignore it.

Guacola was enough.

What do you do if shutting out painful thoughts has become a nearly automatic response for you? Try to open yourself to it in increments or something?

Haha, navel! I get it!

That was the first Jeff that came to mind when I learned his name.

I find it helps me to sit down with a notebook and pencil and hold an "interview" with myself, asking me questions and not letting me get out of answering them. I'm sort of relentless at me, but so far I've always been able to stay friend, so it all works out.
