There was an Inside Out short about her quasi-boyfriend meeting her parents.

I assumed Trump would pick John Miller as VP.

Which Ruby are You?
This Buzzfeed quiz tells ALL!!!!

Whenever I hear him speak, I'm amazed at how fake he sounds. It's just baffling why anyone thinks he knows what he's talking about.

According to my in-browser dictionary, "lazuli" is an actual shorthand way to say lapis lazuli, while "lapis" just redirects to the full word. So Peridot is using the more clinical, albeit "correct" term for what she is, while Steven is calling her by what she likes to use as an actual name.

I am SO glad the tape itself appears to be undamaged.

Yes, that one is a standalone episode that fits in anywhere in the continuity basically. It's great, though.

Brain was always getting mistaken for Brian in that show, too!

Haha, nobody's from Melrose, what even is Melrose

I'd settle for them getting successful enough for one or two new regular customers. Or some of their previously-made friends coming to eat more often.

Louise singing sounded adorable. I have never considered Kristen Schaal a good singer, but her voicework was so earnest I think it didn't make a difference how good she was at the actual notes

Yeah, I was so happy that Teddy was back to his normal helpful self this time. It felt like they'd been using angry Teddy too often lately, which is only entertaining in the first place because he's normally so sweet.

From previous episodes, see also: an impending comet heralding big changes in the world, the despotic ruler of a fire kingdom being overthrown and replaced with a fierce idealist

But she's so cool!

I still say Flame Princess is the strongest, she's been using her elemental magic her whole life. I imagine that in battles between Fire and Ice, whoever gets the drop on the other gets a huge advantage.

Maybe that's a by-product of this being a much more magical era than the past; the Elementals have reproduced and created their own colonies, like the Slime, Candy, and Flame Kingdoms.

Oh, hey, you live in my state! Now I'm gonna be obsessively checking every plate, THANKS.

That sounds like it leads to the unoriginal sort of originality. Like a fantasy story that simply renames its elves.
