Let’s be honest: fanboys are never, ever reasonable, logical people.

That’s just as dumb as “All government is bad!”

HAHAHAHA. We haven’t had capitalism in a long, long time, kiddo.

Nintendo isn’t bad. Sony is, yes, but not Nintendo :P

Actually, the opposite is true. If this deal gets blocked, there will be no competition for Sony and they will continue to dominate the console market for the foreseeable future. They already hold a sizable lead, they already engage in shady practices to keep games off other platforms, and they already overcharge for

Oh give it a rest, dude. This is VIDEO GAMES, not the fucking water supply.

I 100% agree. It provides minimal handholding, giving you just the essentials to play with, and allows you to explore.

Honestly, in the time since the Switch’s release, I think I’ve had more fun on it than any other system. And that’s saying a lot: I LOVED the PS4 exclusives in GoW, etc, and really enjoyed Halo (especially Infinite. Suck it, haters!), too. But there’s something about Nintendo’s casual fare that brings a smile, and

It’s always the case that the first year or two of consoles is largely just treading water while the installed base gains momentum. No system’s best games have ever come out in the first year, and few in the second. Usually it’s the 3rd-5th years that get the real cream of the crop before things start slowing down as

Same here, except I haven’t bought a PS5 since I’m holding out for a model that isn’t comically large and hideously ugly :P. But my PS4 is great for the PlayStation exclusives. I also use my Switch a lot, but cross plats I prefer on Xbox.

Exclusives are important. They give a customer a reason to choose one platform over another if they can only afford one. They also tend to be the only games that truly push the platform to its limits and utilize its strengths well.

Yep. They should’ve done Redfall (or something like it) as a great single player experience, or, assuming it absolutely HAS to be multiplayer, hand it off to a team that’s good at that sort of thing.

That is, of course, complete nonsense. America’s populous areas have very good internet connectivity (I’m in a remote area of Southern California and yet still have 500Mb/500Mb fiber. When I lived in Orange County, I had 1Gb/1Gb fiber). People in the middle of nowhere, especially in middle America, have crap internet,

Actually, HR *is* a kind of judicial system that can lead to justice by disciplining—up to and including termination—the bad employee.

The logic here doesn’t quite work, though. Nintendo had a LOT of success with both a separate handheld and console for multiple generations, including the 360/PS3/Wii generation, where Nintendo handily trounced both Microsoft and Sony in console sales, both home and (in the case of Sony) mobile. Nintendo’s success

I think the reason Shazam worked so well is that it pegged itself to the theme of family from the start and stayed true to that, all the way to the end. WW, on the other hand, by tacking on that pointless and clearly not intentional ending villain, lost track of its own theme entirely. It didn’t totally ruin the film,

You, sir, are a douchebag.

Agreed on all fronts. Vita’s failure was 100% Sony’s fault.

This just highlights a fundamental problem with Americans: they demand free speech for themselves and those who agree with them, but reject it for others. This is true all across the political spectrum, and it’s rapidly becoming a noose around the neck of Liberty.

Then you haven't seen vita's sales figures. I love my vita, but facts are facts: it tanked, HARD.
