I'd suggest that the important thing about Captain America isn't how hard he can punch/kick/throw, but his status as a moral center. If Sam can have that resolve, he'll be just fine. 

I'll suggest that the real problem is the underlying assumption some people have is that fan service is inherently bad. I don't agree at all. Movies like this are made FOR the fans, not in spite of them.

Fighting the advance of technology is a fool’s errand. That energy is more wisely spent understanding the opportunities new tech presents, and figuring out ways to use it to your advantage.

Oh I completely agree there are lots of people who’d rather deal with people than automation. You know what that means? Opportunity for people who offer those services and products.

I suggest they empower themselves with more modern skills, learn how to offer the very useful abilities they have or could have to others for a fee, and respect themselves enough to know they can make it without bullying others into abandoning their own interests.
