Dude, you do realize that the President doesn’t just get ot do whatever he wants right? SCOTUS members are appointed by the combined efforts of the Executive and the Legislative. The president gets to say “Hey, I would like this person on the SCOTUS” and then the senate gets to say “Sure” or “Nope, try again.”
