Don't feel bad. I work in state government and feel your pain. We don't even HAVE HR. I contacted them once years ago about a potentially dangerous situation with a coworker and was informed that all they do is handle payroll paperwork.

I know that some Christian faiths believe in the "rapture" where all the faithful get taken up to heaven. I'd be far more interested in having all of the charlatans and idiots getting swept up. I don't know where, exactly, god would take them but I'm sure in his infinite wisdom he could find somewhere better than here.
