According to the original reporting, the woman did talk to the child and contacted the police after finding out this was the third day that she'd been left at the park.

I would worry about being mistaken for a pedophile because I'm an adult male in a park approaching a child that was alone.

Seriously? I'm not trying to be an asshole here, but that is pretty much the point of a park. I don't think I could add up all the time I was unattended in a park for hours on end.

I don't give a good goddamn what color the child is/was, if I saw an unattended child in a park for hours on end, then there's no way I'm not calling the cops about it. This is why cops exist. If I went up to an unattended child in a public park to see if they were alright, someone else would think me a pedophile and

I'm a little bit shocked to discover that she was advertising for them. In fact, my opinion of her has dropped a bit since this product is clearly as bogus as can be.

Good point...he's such a vile, disgusting human being.

Hopefully by that point he'll be completely impotent.

It really would. We'd be doing the lord's work.

Very nicely done. ;-)

Fair enough - I've heard such awesome things about it, but whenever I decide to take the plunge I think about Biggs and that stops me. I've got some free time this weekend (in theory) so I'm going to give it a shot.

He is the number one reason why I haven't even bothered to watch it. Loathe him.

As if there was a special spot on the form for campaign volunteers that says, "Product of legitimate rape? Check Yes or No"

How do people so stupid ever get elected to public office?

And I believe that the children are our future. Oh wait, that was Whitney. Nevermind.

Exactly. My boyfriend just broke the news to me. I've loved that crusty old broad for forever and a day and I felt like someone has punched me in the gut.

Oh yes, that's much better!

I didn't mean to shame it, actually. It just isn't a "film" on par with say, The Godfather. Do I shamelessly watch it 30 years later? Yes, yes I do.

Rush wasn't half bad. Speed 2 and The Lost Boys weren't really cinematic achievements. Although, 15 year old me would have hit that so hard back when The Lost Boys came out.

That should be the legally mandated way one refers to him. Either that or, "Jason Patric, star of 1987's The Lost Boys".
