Wait, I thought the Mustang was an electric SUV, now I’m confused

What the actual fuck is this sentence?

It would make paying $20k for a 10 year old Tacoma with 150k miles 0n it a lot more palatable, for one.

The Blazer has always been a mass market SUV designed around technology available at the time. This new one is no different.

Look I hate GM. But they didn’t make a Camaro “E28" because that would have been ridiculous, like an electric minvan called a Mustang.

This isn’t making electric cars cool, it’s just diluting what the Mustang is.

I’ve been an avid Nissan follower for 30 years, starting with a used 1984 720 in 1990. Since then I’ve owned 17 Nissans. My latest pile of crap is my 2004 Supercharged Frontier. 88K miles and the rings are shot! Blows thru a quart of oil with every tank of 93 Octane gas!!! Their CVT’s can eat my ass. No manual unless

And yet Ford’s problem here is smaller than Tesla’s quality control problems have been. Ford also reports that they have fixed the issues, are no longer shipping any vehicles for repairs, and production in Chicago is now running smoothly.

Tesla builds a new plant in a year and people think its a miracle because they

3rd gear: Let’s not get too ahead of ourselves in praising China as wanting to lead the world away from fossil fuels. Any government support in China, whether that’s for car purchases or anything else, is purely centrally-controlled economic policy. Any environmental impact it may have is strictly secondary.

No kidding. I’m 6'6" and struggle to reach in the bed of my Dad’s 2017 Colorado. And that’s a “small” truck.

Step 1: Peugeot 508.

I don’t have a problem with their being consequences for speech. I have a problem with the government deciding what those should be.

I’m speaking about things like this.

I apologize. I’ll buy my electric car and whisper so as not to disturb your delicate senses. My neighbor has a Harley and I’ve managed to survive hearing it for a total of about 10 minutes per year.

I’m going to miss it. I have a CLA45 AMG that makes me grin every time I hear that sound, but the new noise regulations from the EU require the 2020 and future models to be quite a bit quieter. Government “protecting” us from noise, sugary drinks, bad words, and such is getting out of hand.

You, like me, are a car person, viewing a truck as a practical tool designed for a purpose.

The manual will be shifting fine long after an auto is dead.

1rst gear: This has nothing to do with the environment.

Neutral: It’s a simple solution to a complex problem. A lack of incentives is not the reason more people aren’t buying move EVs.

1st Gear: Great idea! We’ve got lots of money in the treasury.
