Here’s a thought: Don’t crash.

You could just pay attention and not crash - millions of people manage it every day. <shrug>

Huh, i just can’t seem to figure out why the world hates you.

I’ve spent a lot of my life as a cyclist. I used to head off on cycling holidays.

I watched a cop try and stop a group of cyclists, lights, sirens, voice commands after they blew through a solid red light.  They got lucky and were only a quarter mile from a bike bath that is not car accessible and turned onto it and ran from the cop.  At that point I stopped feeling sorry any time I heard of a bike

Wow tough guy... so good at running away!

This type of thinking ignores the fact that bicycles are children’s toys which should not be used on public roads in the first place. If somebody is rollerblading down the middle of the highway, and they get hit by a truck, it’s kind of their own fault. Same thing for bicyclists.

On my way to the comment section!

That’s pretty mature.

To be fair, I have come across a lot of disrespectful cyclists. The most common offense I encounter is running red lights or stop signs as if they weren’t even there or didn’t apply to them, and unexpectedly swerving from the shoulder into the middle of the lane in front of me without any sort of hand signals. I’m

Solely about your last two sentences.

Counterpoint: Once I had a rental car for work for a few days and didn’t realize that it automatically switched to rear camera when I put it in reverse because I was looking behind me. I didn’t notice until I was literally parking it at the return lot.

Real Men™ don’t rely on electronic nannies.

Teens around Atlanta are already too used to cameras and other tech.

Literally can’t drive on I20 or the Perimeter without seeing some youngling in a Subaru or other lane assist vehicle and adaptive cruise using it so they can text.... not even glancing at the road while driving 75+ mph.

I have dark fantasies about

Except no matter which company, they are all soul-less egg shaped appliances. Crossovers are dull and I dont u derstand them.

I have a friend with a ‘13 and similar mileage. He’s had minor issues (alignment, sensors, etc) and the CEL pops on every once in a while, but it’s been a pretty bulletproof little bugger, and it makes fun noises.

Fiat struggled because they only sell a “500" range, and not a full model lineup.

Yea HD did invest in some neat stuff. But for some reason they bailed on all of it. Buell’s were neat but it seemed like HD never went that extra step to make the bikes competitive. Same with the Vrod engine. HD was investing in a road racing program while developing the Vrod. But they bailed as soon as the Vrod came

Came here to mention that time Harley took Buell out back and put a bullet in their future. Glad to see others here fighting the good fight. I tried to buy a Buell once, the Harley salesmen had about as much interest in that as they would a colonoscopy

If only Harley had a brand or two earlier that appealed to a different/younger demographic
