Short of legal / flyer reasons, I’ve never used 11x17. I’m sure they offer one at a higher price point though. However, it looks like it can only handle up to 8.5x14, so I suppose this one would be out if you needed that. Your average user (even an office user) doesn’t need 11x17 though.

Most Mobo’s have the 4pin PWM connectors by default these days. “Gaming” boards tend to have ton of them. I think my current system has like....6 or 7 headers, but it’s brand new.

PSU, but not for the quality reasons most people will state. Of couse you should by a good one, but for me it’s spending the little extra to get a modular PSU. Multiple drives are doing it? Definately check for BIOS updates. I’d recommend doing it with just the main drive installed as it seems to be affecting your boots with others installed, and you don’t want to interrupt a BIOS update by accident.
