You’d be surprised. We don’t have inspections here in AZ either, and I’ve seen some amazing crap cans on the road. Most stuff is pretty nice since nothing rusts here, but I have seen cars that look like the crusher had its way with them, but the car survived somehow.

Yeah, several companies have been doing this. It’s frustrating. I want my manual, AND my bells, whistles, and dead cow.

No, I absolutely mean the PS4 (not that the PS3 was any better really)

You’re probably right, I should have said exclusives I guess. If I could get it on the PC, I did (and still do). There was nothing that compelled me to buy it early on. Never been into Uncharted, and Bloodborne didn’t interest me at the time. SHUMP genere is kinda niche, even if it is a good game. There have been good

The PS4 (arguably) did not really have any good games for ~3 years. I didn’t buy one until Tales of Zestiria was released (boy that was a mistake, game was garbage, even for a Tales game). These days it mostly serves as a streaming box for me.

So, as always, almost everything is fine in moderation.

It’s pretty much flat everywhere where I live. I’ve always just put the car in park and not worried about it here if it’s an auto. On a hill or in my personal car though (it’s a manual) I always set the parking brake.

Of course. There’s a lot of factors, and labor laws are different everywhere. I’ve never been in a union myself. Never felt the need.

I....wow. I can’t even find the words. Unions have little clout where I am (RtW state) but wow. I don’t see how “using the video” somehow invalidates the claim. Whether he “recalls” or not, the moron is responsible, and was recorded on the CCTV. Not all unions are bad, but this is a case of gross incompetence.

Not at all. I’ve made a few...questionable purchases and sometimes I just have to admit I’m not enjoying the game and live with it. Most recent purchases being Duke Nukem CE (At least the dice are fun for D&D) and ME:A. Put a decent amount of time into both, but never finished them.

Nah. I had ~720 at the time (which is good, but not excellent) and moderate DTI and I got 0% for 72 on my 2015 Camaro. Pretty sure FCA just sucks

with a strong tail wind?

TBH, if they’d actually marketed the thing at all it might have sold. IIRC, the only reason they even offered it in the US was due to AUS laws.

This really applies to well...all current cars. The infotainment systems control so much of the car that you can’t feasibly replace them.

Nintendo is generally pretty painless. They don’t guarantee your data of course (this is pretty standard, as depending on the failure it may not be recoverable) but it’s pretty painless overall. Call them up, troubleshoot the issue, then send it in for repair if necessary. Usually takes a week or two and they’ll get

The slot loading slim drives are kinda pricey, but not $200 pricey. That’s Sony for you unfortunately.

Yeah, $100 or so is what Nintendo charges. At least they’re generally fairly nice throughout the whole process. They have some of the nicest support reps I’ve dealt with.

That’s the right attitude to have IMO. As long as you’re happy with the way your system is performing, don’t stress over it. This is actually the first CPU I’ve bothered to OC, and simply because I wanted to. I also upgraded an 8 year old system, so it’s an utterly massive performance boost (though I miss my PCI-E

Eh, even overclocking the CPU isn’t nearly as much tinkering as it used to be. With the unlocked Intel CPU’s, you basically just bump the the multiplier up until it crashes, then step it back until you’re stable, and maybe step up the voltage a bit. Took me about an hour on my current PC + letting it run a stress test

Actually looks like laws have changed a bit, only 4 infractions now. Still, it’s interesting that running a red and killing someone is only 6 here, but Reckless driving is 8 (Think they combined drag racing into one of the other categories). Looks like they lowered the threshold to 8 points. I never hit that high. (I
