Nah, looks like a rock strike + temp changes. Take a look at the blacked out area of the windshield just above the gasket and you can clearly see the white spot where it hit. After that, the temp changes from the the drive / heater / weather, and the crack spread.

Yeah, ME3 MP had loot crates. Each weapon had 10 ranks that were drops from the crates, plus single use items like medigel as well as unlocking new characters / customisation for said characters. Well, the dot-matrix thing actually makes sense. Laser and Inkjet printers won’t work with anything that does carbon copies since they don’t actually press on the page. Those stupid DM printers are expensive and pretty much required any time carbon copies are needed.
