The script and show was just wrong for Williams and just isn't true that no one wants to see him riff anymore. With the right parts and venues, he is extremely popular.

The script was all bad for Robin Williams. It turned him into a constrained one-liner comic on his last legs. He is way more talented than that show revealed and after one episode, I could not stomach more. It would have been like putting Jonathan Winters on Mike and Molly, lol. Sarah Michelle Gellar as

I agree, but have heard rumors of some cast cuts on PoI for next fall? Anyone know more?

I must admit that I had readied myself for what seemed like the inevitable end of The Mentalist, just as it moved beyond "Red John" and the scripts improved as did the clever portrayal of Patrick Jane by Simon Baker. He seemed a more relaxed and funny yet brilliant criminologist at the same time that Jonny Lee
