I love how someone else's outfit can ruin EVERYONE'S family fun.
Are you trolling right now?
Did you see the bikini in question? It wasn't skimpy. Why are you acting like a bathing suit is bringing down society?
is the bikini in bad taste to you?
Why would it sleeve you out?
Why?
The fact that it's impractical (to you) is irrelevant. Women show bra straps and thongs through clothing all the time. This "it's inappropriate" crap is BS. It's totally subjective. And you can avoid people viewing your undergarments through clothes by simply not wearing any.
That is a good point. I'm a white woman and an acquaintance of mine commented on the fact that he talks "white" and he hates black people who use "ghetto speak".
It was in response to what Lindy said about a grey area. I wasn't knee-jerking that nobody would support him. It doesn't surprise me people on here rallied around him. What Lindy said surprised me. She later clarified what she meant, but to me it sounded like she was unsure if his response was appropriate.
I don't have a shitty life I wasn't trying to one up you. I also don't work in a burn unit or work with at risk youth.
You are the third person I am saying this to: I was one of the first commenters. The comments of support hadn't poured in yet. Also, my response was directed at Lindy calling it a grey area. I don't think she would have even mentioned that if it had been a woman slapping a fan in the same situation.
Why does this upset people so much? I think it looks dumb too, but so what? I show a lot of cleavage sometimes and some people think that looks dumb. Is that going to be deemed disrespectful too? What about those jersey material skirts that show your buttcheeks?
More depressing than working in a burn ward or with at risk youth? I'm sure
I love Casinos! You can smoke indoors (I never smoke unless I'm at a Casino) and the drinks are free if you're gambling! My SO and I spent maybe 60 bucks gambling, but the endless drinks we got way more than made up for that.
Is it really gross that the club insists on beautiful women coming in? It helps them make money. They are a business, after all. I think it's superficial and stupid, but I don't hang out in the club scene for a reason. I don't like that type of crowd.
UFO sightings and claims of alien abductions really started to take off during the 1950s-60s. I mean, totally unrealistic still, but it is American Horror Story after all. The finale had me tearing up.
The women were trying to get a 4,000 dollar table comped. That's why.
The promoter was really out of line the way he continued to text her after she made it clear she was going somewhere else. However, I can't stand people that try to squeeze a business for free shit like that. Why would she think she's entitled to a free table because it's her bachelorette party? Is this even a thing?
Yes!! Self abortion, gay rights (more specifically, gay women), women's rights, sexual freedom, etc. A lot of people didn't like the aliens subplot, but even that was very relevant to the time period.
