Someone doesn’t reject someone based on deficiencies, although I understand why one may think so. Society and advertising tell us we have to check all of these boxes to be likable/lovable (rock hard abs! disposable wealth! perky bum! etc.).

As someone with thin hair also, you may try a dry shampoo and/or baby powder that matches your hair color. I wash my hair with shampoo and water maybe twice a week. The rest of the days I use dry shampoo for volume and then style.
For me, I had to practice walking in heels, which meant wearing them everyday to work. It was certainly uncomfortable in the begining- like most new things are. Wearing flats most of the time won’t make anyone better at walking in heels. Remember- No one is a natural. It just takes practice. :)
