The cockpit, really?
The cockpit, really?
There isn’t an option to “haggle them to death for better rate” that would exclude other cars. They either cover them or they don’t.
Apparently not. I’m going to call them tomorrow just to make sure and so that I don’t have to read through thirty pages of legalese.
Yeah, I used to check and double-check my corporate policy just to be sure they still kept the same coverages while I still had it. Kinda slipped my mind recently since I’ve not been traveling as much.
So, I just checked my Geico policy. It does cover cars that don’t belong to me, but only if I rent/lease them for more than 30 days. Guess occasional Turo rentals are outside that scope.
I have.
Honestly, I might have been a bit too spoiled by our corporate lease insurance policy that explicitly covered me for anything I drove (and I double-and triple-checked that to be true). Rethinking many things right now...
Yeah, five years old. I first wrote “decade-old”, then double-checked myself, since it was some years back and the car wasn’t THAT old.
Fair. Not a use case most of us will be familiar with, though.
Can’t wait for this to affect me in absolutely zero ways except when they start consolidating flights and give Delta yet more reasons to jack their prices up. Got to love living in a hub.
Since when do Hertz and their ilk even have a mileage limit?
Did I just about sum that up for you?
*yawn* Got any original material?
Right, because having him stay off social media would definitely accomplish that purpose.
We’ve got Seb for that.
I’m overjoyed. Oh, wait, no, that’s not how you spell “don’t give a fuck beyond writing this and a couple more comments here”.
I read his pinned comments. Saw the Jesus shit. NWOPE.
This wouldn’t have been worth $8.5K with a clean title. These aren’t E30s and, while rare and desirable, they are German cars that are old enough to drink with all that entails in terms of maintenance costs. Hard pass.
You were absent the day they explained the concept of “irony” in school, eh?
During no wave did masks, social distancing and lockdowns work perfectly, because they weren’t implemented or followed consistently. Because something something freedom something something liberal hoax something something will be gone by April.
