Martin Brundle is just not that important, and neither is F1.

This gets us closer to this render (which I thought looked better than the actual thing). I like.

The 2020 Formula 2 sensation deserves better than this.

Yeah, really not sure what your comment has to do with mine...

Ha, I’ve got one. My dad used to have one of these, in this exact color, as well. Not sure I saw it moving more than a handful of times. Our other flat (that’s how we rolled back in the ‘Union) was minutes away from where this abomination was manufactured.

Massager deal is not dead, but you have to click on all sellers to see it.

isn’t nearly as interesting as a unicorn, mint-condition Geo Metro

Mid-aughts, driving from Claremont to the SF Valley in Southern California, my first E30 starts spewing smoke from under the hood. Pull over near the 134/5 interchange, call a tow truck to get me home (roughly 15 miles). Get home, call a mechanic friend, who comes and promptly reattaches some hose in the AC system and

Came to call out your take as shit (which it still is - ten out of a few dozen hardly qualifies as “mostly”), but damn, that’s still a lot. The eighties weren’t THAT long ago.

Not only did the legendary Aryton Senna win three of those races

Even more impressive, then :)

I was hoping to catch a landmark and try to identify where this was shot, but no such luck :)

Nice drive! Longest I’ve ever had from Essex, incidentally, was Stoke-on-Trent - thankfully, in a diesel Focus. I miss that car dearly. I’ve also driven around Germany in an A45 Merc and a Golf R. That was a bit less frugal...

No, what I’m saying is that Brian’s sweater was a one-off. I’m not even 100% sure Gudrun are the ones who made it, either. BUT if you wanted one from either Gudrun or a similar shop, you could conceivably convince them to make you one - as long as you’re willing to pay through the nose for it.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure the quality is good. I doubt it’d be patches, though. They could probably custom-make one, same as they did for Brian, by weaving colored thread into the base beige. Which would probably add a bit more to the cost, as well, because it’s definitely not worth it for them to make on any kind of

The best compliment I can give it is that it somehow manages not to look like utter and complete ass (especially the rear-side shot of the red one). Still too fat for me to ever be interested, though. Especially since I thought (for G-d knows what reason) that it was meant to be a Tesla 3 lookalike.

Same here. Different octane, different currency, obv., but yeah, we in Michigan saw sub-$1 gallons for a brief minute. Too bad gas gift cards don’t work by gallon. Would have stocked up to last me a few years. We’re back to over $3/gallon now.

That’s fair. Like I said, the interval of my visits makes short-term shifts difficult to track.

So, yeah, we’re talking about the same thing. Small sample size, similar to mine in Germany/EU. They definitely drop here from time to time (sometimes from one week to the next, if not by much), but the overall trend is towards an increase.
