Ah yes, that's more like it!

Nice shot!

A bit off-topic... If you ever get a chance, go to the Morgan workshop. It's the best smelling car factory there is. So so nice.

The 3-Wheeler is supposedly the only legal one in the US (as a motorcycle), but there's a dealer near me that's listed a new 2010 Aero Supersports... Not sure if it's a real listing or if there's actually a five year old zero-mile Morgan somewhere in the US.

I have a G1WH (same thing in all black rather than the silly silver lens ring) and I've never had that issue, even in the -10°F range. Now, my car isn't kept outside overnight, but it was still well below 35°F in my garage, and I never had an issue when it spent hours outside.

I'm hesitant. Hopefully this means you can turn the driver aids 100%, completely off. I'm in full support of using the aids on the street, but it's a pain to not have the ability to disable them completely if you want/need to.

I went a few times when I lived near one (maybe like 2007-2009) and they made you wear special shoes with flat soles that basically taped up your ankles.

Maybe. Often harnesses are sold with "bolt-in" hardware to attach to someplace convenient and strong. It should work well enough if done properly.

An old Mini with no airbags and no emissions controls can be imported easily because it is old enough to be exempt from meeting those US standards.

I learned to ride a motorcycle before I learned to drive stick (LHD). On a bike, your left hand and foot are for the clutch lever and the shift pedal, respectively. Your right hand and foot are for the throttle grip /brake lever and brake pedal, respectively.

Wrong in terms of sale in the US market, but right in terms of enjoyable driving. I'm a big fan of RHD... It makes sense!

I've always felt that the "Prius tires" bit was a tad misleading. Yes, the Primacy HP were fitted to a Prius - the Japanese market "sport" package Prius. They were also fitted from the factory on some Mercedes (S-Class?) and Volvo (V70?) and probably others. (Why a "sport" Prius actually exists is a question I can't

Solid article, Doug! Thanks so much for putting it together. I drive an imported car (that was imported after it turned 25) and I still wasn't sure about most of this.

I wasn't able to do the factory tour, but I did spend a good amount of time at the Museum and a few days later at Donington Park. Both are incredible in terms of the history they have, and are an absolute MUST for any auto fan in Europe. Unfortunately the Porsche and Mercedes museums were closed when I was passing

If you're purchasing a new FR-S with a $1200 headunit and $1100 in paint protection film, I'm not even going to bother questioning your intelligence.

To add on: If I ever got to the point where I pleaded guilty on a DUI charge, I'd probably re-evaluate my life and discover that hey, I might actually have a problem with drinking.

I'm not going to say that any part of it is easy, but somehow I think the "between the legs" is not really the difficult part.

Would you say that has hurt or helped her brand?

Huh, I've lived pretty close to that area (okay, RIGHT there) and I'd say it's pretty even. Maybe it's just the people I knew, but nobody was ever really a jerk about it, either way. There was ribbing both ways, sure. But never gloating or mean-spirited trash talk. Interesting.

(Spoiler alert: this is probably what she got him)
