Well, if he thought the ban was going to be rescinded I can see that being somewhat realistic.

Also, this is the exact same stretch of road I complained about in a comment on this post last week - "How Bad Street Design Kills Pedestrians."

Nice to see that Lamborghini driving in the bike lane.

On Page 33 it talks about stadium naming requirements, namely a 10 year minimum agreement must be in place, covering two years before and five years after the game. Is this a new requirement? It seems like Miami has very recently fallen outside of this requirement.

I do find it interesting that the NFL agrees to pay for the use of electric, water, and sewer on-site, compared to what would typically be used on a non game day (Pg 26). It just seems like such an odd thing for them to agree to when you see all the stuff they're requiring be done at no cost to them.

I typically agree with you. However, one company I came into contact with was hiring for a lot of positions at once and interviewing quite literally hundreds of candidates. They didn't want to spend the money to fly in that many candidates, even though they really needed to in order to find enough people with enough

Well the karts definitely aren't Toyotas, because those are grounded to the ground.

A bit off-topic but I think that if a company thinks you are the right candidate, they should be paying for you to interview and relocate. Of course, I'm talking specifically about trained, experienced, skilled employees, not entry-level. Even someone with 3-5 years of experience can be incredibly valuable if it is

I know I post this video any time there's a discussion on exhaust notes, and I know that you can't buy it today, and I know that even if you could you couldn't drive it but the FXX Evoluzione is the angriest sounding car I've ever heard.

A side note for anyone with an 86, I'd recommend you don't buy a Borla header. They've supposedly gotten better but their quality was disappointingly bad for awhile. There are plenty of small shops that will give you a good deal on a EL or UEL header, with or without cats, and some of them with a lifetime guarantee

StubHub doesn't claim that they will foot the bill, they claim that the seller will. I've had it happen to me once as a buyer and the guy had to buy two $128 seats to replace my $35 Panthers (hockey) tickets. He sold the same pair twice on StubHub and got screwed.

I had tickets to a sold-out event a few months ago that I listed on StubHub for some crazy amount, figuring that nobody would buy them and I'd just use them. Face value was $60, I listed them for probably 7 times that. Again, I didn't expect them to sell. Surprise, nobody chose to buy them.

Because they get a cut.

This is one of the only cars that has an exhaust note that is truly stunning even when driven gently. There are a decent number of these near me and every time I drive down a 30-35mph street with one next to me, I can still tell what it is before I see it. Even at cruising speed it sounds like a monster.
