What a pointless question.

Couples in avalanches are a nightmare and I don’t know how I’d handle it.  A guy I know was in one with his wife. They both survived with serious injuries but only he could move, so he crawled and stumbled a few moments at a time for two days to find help, only to find out his wife died the previous day.
