It actually looks pretty nice until you see that massive external radiator/power brick thing.

It’s a free to play game with a monetization system that revolves around the very few that spends enormous amounts. The money comes over time. When it comes to regular B2P games, the majority of the sales come in the first month or two. They could very continue to make $24m every two week for the rest of the year.
Wouldn’t it be nice if every small studio had the funds to keep developing their game forever? If you can afford it, yeah, go for it, take as much time as you need and keep a healthy life but at the end of the day, it’s not like you’ll always be able to divert those spendings to the players.
Which is why every AI/robot have a gender: Siri, Cortana, Chatbot, R2D2...
Well, considering that the install size is around 86gb (without intergrade) and that a PS1 CD rom could hold 600mb, that would make about 144 dics. And if the game ran off of the dics, on considerable amount of space would need to be on each disc, so, considering the size of modern 3D assets, it could very well take…
Might I add Chorus to the list? It’s only a spaceship game and the story is a bit weird but the spaceship fighting is a lot of fun.
Is there a mod to remove the random misses? That and the weird way to swing the sword with a mouse were the two main things that made me rage quit in less than 30 minutes and annoyed me to no end in Morrowind.
They’ll do anything but add real backward compatibility on the PS5 like the fat PS3 did.
In a PC or console game, the expectation is that you get to sink a ton of hours into a game very quickly in order to become a godlike merchant of death. That’s not the way to play a mobile game. If any content feels time-gated or locked behind very low drop rates, it’s because you’re expected to play this game for yea…
If I was a grocery store owner, I would add a free gas pump that has such a slow gas flow that it would take an hour just to get a liter.
I find it funny that more than half of the people signing this petition seem to do it just to leave a comment to say how dumb this petition is.
It just looks different as if it was a very good knockoff. Why even bother remaking the game? and why even bother rebuying the same game again that looks pretty much the same? Wouldn’t fans prefer a new game instead?
Looking intensely for things to get mad at, are we?
$5 a gallon? That’s cute. Here in Québec, I paid 2.30$ CAD a litter a week or two ago. That’s $1.80 USD a litter which is $6.80 USD a galon.
That’s right, whales often stick around because they can have that edge of other f2p players. If the game becomes unpopular, it gives little incentive for them to keep playing/paying. So just by playing, even for free, you are encouraging this kind of busyness system. If you don’t mind the game design that comes with…
This stunt follows estimations that if someone wanted to simply buy their way to fully maxing out the game it would cost $110,000, a figure you normally associate with luxury cars and housing, not a video game character.
That is unfortunately not what Jim Ryan said.
You forgot a couple of definitive editions in the mix.
Zack: Right. I’m at the same point. If the awesome free game stops letting me play after 30 hours or whatever, I’ll just move on and enjoy something else.
