From the rate the truck on the left closes the one on the right, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on that. Easily could have been setting up a pass.

But for real, that lady kinda just rolled into him. He was wrong, but I have no idea how she ended up hitting him.

I would hope so, at least in this video he did something wrong

Regardless what it is, even if he was on an emergency call running lights and sirens it's still up to him to check and make that the intersection is clear before proceeding.
