I was thinking, probably the fastest way would be to just have the main video (render out the animations as 1080p FLV), and have annotation links that connect to unlisted vids with the secret clips. Easy enough to render out the animation as Flash and then convert that into a 1080p AVI for uploading to YouTube. Then just embed the YouTube on Homestarruner.com.
