As far as I’m aware, Toyota’s hybrid systems have only used CVTs, which typically aren’t robust enough for truck duty. The parallel hybrid architecture they use is far more conducive for use with a CVT.

Having personally driven across long freeway stretches of North Texas, a convertible is NOT the answer. Too much dust, the summers get too hot for a convertible to be comfortable, and the winters get cold.

lol. Try driving a Model 3 and then decide on the screen. It was distracting back in the very early software versions, but later updates have made it totally fine.
