While the title would be clean, a vehicle history report would indicate if a car was used for fleet use (if bought by Hertz, Enterprise, etc). I think a Turo car would skirt this, as the OP suggested.

It sounds like the part breaking had less to do with the structural capabilities of the seat, and more to do with how he got in and out of the car.

Charging a full EV overnight is fine with 120V as long as you do it consistently, and aren’t expecting to go from a dead battery to a full one. I know a Leaf takes 20hours to fully charge on 120V from dead.
