I think it's a different actor too. The voice is really similar though and sounds identical 7/10 times so it's not a big issue for me. :)

Map is about the size of the last game. There are over 100 buyable buildings (shops, safehouses) with interiors and apparently a huge bunch of secret ones (Like the mall in SR2). It's basically the reports on the hush hush, secret meetings and back rooms at conventions kind of stuff. Not a lot is given away (That whole page normally has info on just two games) but it's genuine first hand stuff as far as I can tell.
