Tell me how a boxy, fun little AWD/4WD vehicle like this "destroys" Jeep's brand image. It looks more like a Jeep than the Cherokee or Compass, and the previous article's image shows a trail-rated badge so we know it'll have acceptable off-road ability. Not to mention the sunroofs have an image of fun/enjoyment, which

I can't help but notice the irony of the Jeep Renegade articles being posted on the same day as the "Why Lifestyle Vehicles are Dying" article. I still think this is a really cool li'l Jeep, though. I hope it does well (though I doubt it'll be the most fuel efficient, what with its house-like aerodynamics...)

I think its crazy how dated the 05-09's look already. I still really like the refreshed '10s and up, but a base 05 V6 just looks ancient now.

Confirm how.

I'm going to go ahead and say I'm a fan. Not only that, I may volunteer to go on the press launch just so I can wheel it around in the dirt.

A source tells us the image above is of the new baby Jeep, which we know believe is the 2015 Jeep Renegade. The

It's like the boys on Top Gear say. Convertibles are like ketchup. Put it on something cheap and bland, like a burger, you make it better. Put it on something awesome like Filet Mignon, you make it worse.

Or you can go on the offensive by killing the car before it kills you!!!

But this is probably a good idea until the car gets fixed, and a good one in general, since a heavy keychain can often cause undue wear on the ignition system.

What? I -=need=- all this stuff, man!

Aside from the comment system, I love what you guys are doing, as usual. I like the layout, but the comments are way too complicated and seemingly unorganized for my taste.

How do we see the tags of stuff posted, without leaving the front page, I understand y'all are desperate for pageviews, but at least let me choose what I read instead of making me click everything and closing the stuff that doesn't interest me.

Hi Matt. I've just told Travis that the new commenting system sucks. Sorry, but it really does. Jalopnik is all about the conversations we have with each other. This new system totally gets in the way of finding interesting conversations, contributing to them, and then going back to them. The "All replies by time"

For once, I think this iteration of Kinja is actually pretty good from the start. I like the layout and how simple everything looks. There is one problem I have seen.

Content: great as usual.

What I'd like to see more of is nested indentation in comment threads like they have used for years at Slashdot and Reddit. The "click to reveal this conversation by reloading an entire new page that may take on the order of 10 seconds" thing is really not amenable to conversation.
