MIchigan has the double-whammy of having a deliciously heavy dose of Mayoral and local government mis-management and corruption, since Ancient Times, and the WORST possible representation of Unions... which is the UAW.

If anything, the UAW needs to be dismantled and built anew. And I’m a Pro-Union kind of guy.

Unions

Uh, newsflash: Michigan - specifically Detroit Metro- has had a Brain Drain problem for going on 20 years, now.

It’s still worth it. Not only to get immersed into the culture and get an idea of what’s going on (Michigan in general, is about the furthest fucking thing from California much less Silicon Valley), but also because a lot of tech companies are moving forward with permanent work from home arrangements.

So Dhivya may be

Well it happened in a funny way, we went to buy the 2018 and my hubby liked it so much that i let him have it, and we traded in his shitty Fiesta. Then waited 6 months and I bought my N-Line.

Ah, powered rear quarter windows. I remember those.

Why not use the CURRENT Space-Mobile?

Yeah. I wouldn’t necessarily count the removal of the manual option from the N-Line cars, to mean removal from the full N cars as well. Veloster N wet DCT was to expand it’s buyer pool, and a good way to test the transmission since it’s also going in the N-Line models getting the 2.5T (such as the Sonata N-Line, K5

The Kona N is getting body-color wheel arches and such. And definitely a manual option. Don’t worry.

To be fair, the pre-facelift AD sedan still had a plastic cap back there. But it was better integrated overall, and wasn’t trying to keep the rear pillar looking “fast”

27K for my fully loaded DCT Ultimate. Rarity aside, they don’t sell as highly priced as you think

Welp, did MY part. Got two. So don’t ever accuse me of complaining and not putting my wallet where my mouth is.

I liked the car and was in a desperate situation at the time, and needed something newer. So in that respect, it did function as a “good enough” car in that I had wheels under my ass that were powered by something other than my own two feet.

I actually drove a Golf TDI a couple years back. 2015. Wasn’t for me.

I’m aware. I thought it was absolutely pathetic that VW would do such a thing on such a late model vehicle.

Sounds kind of like the relationship I was actually in, at the time I owned it. Except he was more of a 4/10 who was a recovering Meth addict that relapsed before I knew what drug addiction looked like.

It was such a handsome vehicle. So much so, that I bought a 2004 for myself; I loved the mild clear-lens taillamp redesign, and swapped for the EU headlamp switch so I could use the rear fog lamps (on BOTH sides, as the silly kid I was). It has an understated handsomeness, the interior quality was good, even the BASE

Nice Price or No Dice rolls off the tongue a lot easier, and is kind of fun and playful. I like it.

There’s a certain amount of Schadenfreude I experience, when I read articles like this. Canada standing up and being all “Excuse me, but no, now isn’t a good time for you to be here, neighbor”.

Actually, Canada doesn’t want Americans because we tend to make the place LESS liberal, over time.

Also, admit it. We’re fucking rude af.

I’m happy to see you back. But I assume you’re aware of how shaky GMG is right now, and what Herb has done and continues to do to your company.
