I understand delays happen, I understand working conditions are not ideal and making games has become tremendously more difficult, and I totally admit I’m being an a** for saying this...

even if you did, its not like most games even allow you to play them straight off the disk anymore. disks nowadays are almost just glorified activation codes. you cant even play offline with just the disk alone without connecting to internet and downloading the rest of the game. you might as well get a spare ps4 game…

If there’s any game in the series that really doesn’t need remake treatment, that’s the one. And honestly, I’d rather get a new entry with a stronger identity (ala RE7) than a souped up version of anything else. Of the three most recent Resident Evil games, that’s been by far the most interesting of the bunch.
