It could be she’s one of those actors who really tries to keep her concentration on set. Reading her co-stars tweets seemed like genuine sadness to see her go. That concentration thing can be interpreted as snobbishness.

Even disregarding the romance angle, the show without Beckett/Katic is the dumbest idea ever. Beckett was a far more compelling character and Katic is the better actor.

I have a feeling that most of the comments on this article are going to be of the ‘that’s still a thing?’ variety.
