I got to play Steel Battalion once at my local(-ish) GameCrazy. I enjoyed it... for playing it at a display counter and while standing... but I wish I could have bought it.

The PSP version is stated in the image caption to be emulation. (This is almost certain to be the PPSSPP emulator running on Windows, but could also be the PS3's hidden PSP emulator that can be accessed using custom firmware.) Reunion is probably the PC version, based on statements in the article.
