What’s to stop Biden from having a “make up” census in 2021 or whenever?
I’ve been staring at that picture for twenty minutes and I can only think that it’s some kind of Frankensteining of various 1980's cars. Why anyone would mash up a bunch of crappy 1980's cars is another matter entirely.
5th Gear: I guess that’s what happens when FCA isn’t bribing the union leaders.
Look out Lewis, the pound-for-pound king of whining is returning to Formula 1 :P
One Cobb County voter reported waiting more than 9 hours in line, while singer and songwriter Johntá Austin wrote on Twitter that he stood in line for 11 hours on Monday waiting to cast a ballot.
It’s sad because Tim Horton’s used to be good. When I was a kid they still baked everything in store and the coffee was actually pretty decent, but in the last 20 or so years they have cheaped out on absolutely everything. Now they simply reheat their donuts and snacks from frozen (cheaper than employing a baker),…
Tim Horton’s used to be good, way back in the 1990's when they still baked everything in store. Fuck, back then you’d go in and the place smelled like fresh baked goods and their coffee was actually good, but around a decade or so (maybe longer), they switched to a cheaper coffee supplier and it was noticeably worse.…
Tim Horton’s is garbage that went downhill years ago when they dumped their coffee supplier and stopped baking everything in-store. It’s now a soulless hollow corporate shell of its once-glorious self.
I am Canadian, and just about every day of my life is a Canada story.
Generally, “Old Quebec” refers to just a single historical neighbourhood in Quebec City, that include the Chateau Frontenac, the citadel, and some areas outside the old ramparts.
Molson Ice and Labatt Ice were my dad’s choice of beer for many, many years. It’s some god-awful shit, but maybe that’s because he’d often drink them lukewarm. He wouldn’t even refrigerate the poor beer, it’d stay in the garage all year long through the hottest days of summer to the coldest of winter. Awful beer.
They couldn’t even make a special Papal Toyota Century for him?
Neutral: Happy Canadian Thanksgiving to all! Unlike a lot of people who seem to be ignoring the rising numbers of infections lately, we’re keeping it small this year and it’s just my mom and I for Thanksgiving this year. Was going to invite my cousin, but he’s been playing it fast and loose with the precautions these…
So after they make abortion illegal, then what?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Matt Berry - aka Laszlo, aka Steven Toast, aka Inspector Rabbit, aka Douglas Reynholm, etc - is a goddamn international treasure.
At the moment I’m a little meh on Lewis. He’s great driver, surely one of the best ever, but I’ll probably give a little shrug on the topic until I begin to forget about how dominant the Mercedes has been these past seven seasons.
Doesn’t sound terrible, but I think they are really missing the chance to merge racing with ball pits. Everyone loves ball pits. (or maybe I just really want to hear an angry Alonso lose his shit when his car gets trapped in the ball pit)
That was my first thought. It looks like someone took a Honda e and then did the old Saturday morning cartoon trick of sticking a hose in it and blowing it up like a balloon.
Cibola Burn is where I left off as well. I didn’t find them depressing or overly bloodthirsty, I rather enjoyed the books and I bought Nemesis Games and Babylon’s Ashes thinking I’d read them at some point. Problem was I hit something of a reading wall a few years ago and didn’t really break out of that funk until…
