I mentioned it for the same reason I commented on the cool battle graphics and the somewhat bland dungeon graphics. For the same reason I might have commented on the soundtrack if it was noticeably bad or good. For the same reason I might have mentioned distractingly bad writing, if the game’s prologue had that. It’s

You’re telling me to stop complaining—though I rarely ever mention anything like this—and to cease doing it “in any form or matter” and then are worried about censorship?

I didn’t exactly tear into the game for it. We can disagree without either of us being outraged. You may like it in the game. I don’t. It didn’t get in the way of me enjoying what I played. Probably won’t for you, either.

waiters at random places, sure

I think the point I’m getting here is that you were shitty at your job.

Wow, it really is an unpopular opinion. Hearthstone is fun, and like every free-to-play game, that, you know, you play for free, it depends on people spending real cash on it.

With that said Blizzard isn’t forcing anyone to buy their in-game polished and shiny stuff, which can all be bought with gold save for

Bullshit.

This was a networking party meant to promote socializing on Microsoft’s dime. Any kind of sexualized dancers makes zero sense.

The dancers 100% did nothing wrong. The event organizers fucked up.

“The turn-based tactical combat mode? That’s gone too, replaced with a real-time component that allows users to move their ships and activate abilities mid-battle.”

Don’t word it like there is a direct correlation between those two things when there is not.

Good.....good for you? There are 30 million Netflix subscribers, 5-7 million Hulu members, and 54 million Prime subscribers. So, you’re in the minority, and many, many, MANY people stream on a daily basis. But, this is Microsoft, so fuck them, right?

Everyone streams gig per day on Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc: No big deal.

Seems like you’re overreacting. Remedy is trying something new, and this is a solution to a problem they encountered. Why’re you turning it into a completely separate DRM issue?

I played Fire Emblem Awakening for dozens of hours. I cannot tell you what happened. I can, however, tell you the story of Donnel the farm worker.

You've... never actually *used* a Mac, have you?

How does owning a FreeBSD-based computer make you dumber about computers? I guess you don't spend much time in the CLI. I would argue the opposite. Since Windows decided to deprecate command line utilities post-WinXP, lots of serious sysadmins use OSX because it's got all the same stuff that CentOS or Ubuntu do

Good article. Obviously, if someone's a PC gamer, they should buy a PC. But there are many of us who don't game on the computer often, but would like a few good Mac compatible games for a sometimes treat. Ignore the shallow comment-thread idiots who's lives are exclusively games-only.
