This one surprised me. I grabbed this Mach-5 at a flee market simply because I had a Charlie Brown Christmas tree reaction upon seeing it. It wan't till i got home that I noticed the smallest of seams around the M on the hood. I will never understand what drove them to put so much detail into this.
Nothing says studly more than going into something knowing you're never going to escape it. For that reason I give you a lead covered Chernobyl concrete pump truck.
That would explane it. I know anime originated from old french cartoons. Citroen 2cv was in quite a few as well like Lupin the 3rd. Evangelion even has a Renault A310 and a poster of a A110. She always gets upset when I pause to see a car but I find it interesting that they make the cars recognizable and not just…
Tha Japanese seem to be obsessed with the Citroen H-vans and I'm not even sure they were ever sold there? . My anime obsessed girlfriend has a ton of older anime VHS that we watch once every blue moon and it seems quite a few late 80's/early 90's animes have one or an obvious nod to one in them. Even Tomica (Japans…
I'm going to opt for the diesel because everyone else is pre-ejaculating onto that bandwagon. I can't wait to fill it with the wrong fuel, not know to change my fuel filter with any regularly, freak out the first time I see oil build up on the motor, blindly assume maintenance and driving cost are insanely cheaper.……
I'm in no way an expert on meteor impacts... but apparently Ford dug the Barringer Crater with just a compact landscaping Bobcat rent-a-tractor.
Since I live in California I really can't wait to see all these beasts on the road with their 30,000+ towing capacity put to good use hauling those monster loads of 1,199 lb Rhino side by sides with the occasional KTM 250. Nothing looks meaner than trucks like this with a 1 7/8 inch tow ball attached to the rear-end.
There out there. I owned mine up until a few months ago. After a while thy grow on you. The is a lot of hate for these (especially in the StarQuest community) but it is truly unjustified. It not pretty but with the right offset they look amazing.
This is not uncommon sadly. A boss of mine who was an ASE certified technician somehow thinks by redlining a motor any problem can be fix. I cringe every god damn time he did it. Even a seafoam drip kit treatment into the intake he would blow it out not at 2-grand but at red-line. Just because someone is a certified…
I've seen this guy before...
I'm going to have to throw the Renault Alpine A310 into the ring. They have always been completely draped by the shadow cast by its older brother the a110. Yet that shadow should have cast some French connection light on them. No one really knows they exist. Given the time the power wasn't as bad as they make it out…
Cooler than what? I couldn't hear that last bit... I remember this car being one of the ugliest gullwings ever made when I attempted to catalog them https://www.flickr.com/photos/6866529…
I stand corrected. it doesn't appear so but I thought this was the change not the seating position.
From the spy shots of prototypes I've seen It looks like they've steeply raked the windshield and Moved the front wheels forward adding more space between the front wheels and door like in the s2000. Slap on the corporate face and you have a japanese BMW z4. I just pray this doesn't kill the appeal and driving…
I'm in no way an expert on meteor impacts... but apparently Ford dug the Barringer Crater with just a compact landscaping Bobcat! American's can do anything once they set their minds to it... Even seemingly impossible illogical tasks.
I forgot to ask but by any chance do you have any photos of them on the carrier? I've looked this up for years and there is only one photo of a Starion exiting a carrier I'v found (Mirrors off). I know Mitsubishi is a heavy parts industry but why so much of their history is just undefinable (in the US) blows my mind.
We know... we know.
I view this the same as the late Countach. Smoothing and cladding the origami lines only served to take away from the purity of the original design. Plus the radio on the roof was a cool novelty that made you feel like Michael Knight... it should have stayed there.
