This advice is only appropriate for NMC battery chemistries. Vehicles based on LFP are in fact better served by charging to 100% every day. The downside to LFP (right now) is that they are not as energy dense as NMC & thus have less range. Since I have both an NMC Ioniq 5 and a LFP Model 3 I have to play both games.

No lie — I was at Columbus Circle in front of Union Station yesterday in broad daylight & there was an enormous rat just walking around. People all around, rat did not give two f*cks. Snacking on the garbage and living his best rat life.
