there is no public health crisis from second hand smoke outdoors. arguably, keeping people indoors smoking while raising children or whatever is a problem, but the no smoking outdoor policy only exacerbates that.

Microtransactions ruined the speed at which you gained money in Gran Turismo 6 (relative to previous entries) in my opinion. I miss being able to sell prize cars.
