Galamb and Farkas comments in Bensen Research Oral Histories go a long way to this task. I will reply with quotes if you are interested.
Not Sorenson either, read his book, on page 125 he says Edward Gray laid out the floor plans while Albert Kahn designed a building around it. I think Galamb worked more on the car design itself more than the assembly line. See https://books.google.com/books?id=fv9WP…
