I was right there with yo until you trash talked my Josie. That movie was awesome. Went to see it in the theaters EXPECTING to sit in the back and snark, and instead adored it all too much.

There were women who were against suffrage, for reals. Like, virulently against women getting the vote. Because it is a very comfortable place to be, the privileged special flower supporting the status quo against the interests of your own group.
