I am a frequent flyer too and agree with all your points. I think the passengers here are a big problem. In Europe, people are a lot better/smarter with their carry on bags, which helps with the security lines.

Dulles is great for me most of the time. DCA is becoming incredibly crowded, and they have nowhere to expand. I’ll still fly out of DCA at reasonable times, but I choose IAD most of the time (especially since I’m a *A member).
